If I am on my local network, the internet speeds should not make any difference since I have gigabit LAN hardware on most to all of my LAN. So that is out the question with the RAM. I have two computers, one with 16GB RAM and one with 8GB of RAM. It comes up with the "AVSS has stopped working" which is Microsoft's window that pops up when something has crashed.
